Do my items have shipment coverage?

Yes, they do!

Sherpa provides shipment coverage up to the value of $300 on all items if damage has been caused by a Sherpa driver during transit.

All claims will need to be made by submitting a ticket with any supporting information and images that would help to resolve the matter efficiently. You can read more about how to submit a ticket for a damaged item here.

Sherpa offers additional Shipment coverage for items up to the value of $5,000. You can read more about it here.
