WooCommerce (Wordpress) - How do I configure my WooCommerce Shipping settings?

You can install Sherpa Delivery for WooCommerce directly from the WordPress admin dashboard, or you can manually upload it.

Important: Before you install Sherpa Delivery, you will need to install and activate WooCommerce first.

Install from your WordPress admin dashboard:

  1. Make sure you have WooCommerce installed and activated - if not, do that first

  2. In the left hand side menu, select Plugins > Add New

  3. Search for 'Sherpa'

  4. Select 'Sherpa Delivery for WooCommerce' and click the 'Install Now' button

  5. Once the file is installed successfully, click on the 'Activate Plugin' button.

  6. The Sherpa Delivery plugin should now be listed in your plugins and available for use.

Install via manual upload

  1. Make sure you have WooCommerce installed and activated - if not, do that first.

  2. Go to https://wordpress.org/plugins/ and search for ‘Sherpa’ (or simply go to the link: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sherpa-on-demand/ and skip to step c).

  3. Click on the logo or “Sherpa” to go to the Sherpa plugin page.

  4. Click on the “Download” button to download the latest version of the Sherpa Delivery plugin.

  5. In the left navigation bar, under Plugins select 'Add New'. 

  6. Next to the Add Plugins heading, click on 'Upload Plugin'.

  7. Upload the zip file you downloaded

  8. Once the file is installed successfully, click on the 'Activate Plugin' button.

  9. The Sherpa On Demand plugin should now be listed in your plugins and available for use.
