I need further help with the Sherpa API. Who should I contact?

We have two emails you can reach our API Team on, depending on the severity of the support you require.

The first is for non-emergency contact such as issues with setting up the API. This email is plugins@sherpa.net.au. 

Alternatively, for any emergency issues such as a break in the API during live deliveries, please flag these issues by emailing the team at escalations@sherpa.net.au.
