What are Sherpa's hours?
Sherpa operates 7 days a week.
Our standard business hours are 8 am to 7 pm locally in every city we serve. However, you can log deliveries outside these hours and drivers will be assigned based on network availability.

What happens if my delivery falls outside of standard operations hours/areas?
You can continue to log your delivery and we will do our best to find a driver. However, if we can't, we will notify you via email about the cancellation. Please note that you will not be charged unless a driver is assigned to your delivery.
