By default Sherpa does not deliver Dangerous Goods without prior written approval of one of Sherpa's representatives.
If you book a delivery that contains dangerous goods without speaking to our representatives first, your delivery will be cancelled and cancellation fees may occur.
Before reaching out, please take note of the following:
- Sherpa only accepts dangerous goods deliveries in quantities considered "Exempted Small Quantities" as defined by the Australian Dangerous Goods Code:

- Sherpa does not accept any interstate deliveries of dangerous goods. This also applies to state border regions like Tweed Heads, Albury-Wodonga and Queanbeyan.
- Sherpa does not accept any dangerous goods deliveries over the threshold of "tools of trade" quantities.
When filling out the form, please make sure to the following required information in order to give you the best and fastest assistance:
- UN number
- Proper shipping name
- Class/division
- Subsidiary Hazard
- Packing group
- Packing code
- Aggregate quantity
