Trouble accessing my Sherpa Sender account

If you're having trouble signing into your account, don’t worry. Here are some common issues and solutions to help you get back on track.

 

1. Are you using the correct email address?

Problem: You might be trying to sign in with an incorrect email address.

Solution:

  • Ensure you're using the email address you registered with.
  • Check for typos or misspellings in your email address.
  • If you have multiple email accounts, try using a different one that you might have used to sign up.

2. Typos in Username or Password

Problem: A typo in your username or password can prevent you from signing in.

Solution:

  • Carefully re-enter your username and password.
  • Make sure that Caps Lock is not on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
  • If your password contains special characters, double-check that they are entered correctly.

3. Forgot Your Password?

Problem: You might have forgotten your password.

Solution:

  • Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the sign-in page.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • Follow the instructions in the password reset email to create a new password.
