Our platform is all about ease and efficiency not only in delivery, but also in your day-to-day operations. With delivery defaults you are able to remove repetitive input, ensure consistency and save time with every delivery you create.
Setting up your delivery defaults
1. Log in to your Sherpa account
2. Click on the Settings icon located at the top right corner of the page.
3. Select the 'Delivery Defaults' tab
4. Input your default delivery information - add information for all or some fields, it's up to you!
5. Click 'Update' at the top right corner of the page once you're ready to apply your changes.
You can come back to this page at any time to update your delivery defaults.
