If you had access to Drive Yello as a Group Admin, Store Admin or User, you will now be given a Staff User role in Sherpa.
As a Staff User, you can:
- Book and manage on-demand deliveries: Place bookings and track deliveries, just as you did with Drive Yello.
- View deliveries across all stores: You can view deliveries across your company's network, not just your own, allowing for better coordination.
However, you have restricted access for:
- Payment details
- Account settings
