What key dates should I remember?
July 24, 2025:
From this date, you will no longer be able to create orders, runs, Shifts or rosters. Anything scheduled on or after this date will be automatically cancelled.
August 15, 2025
Platform access ends. You will not be able to log in from this date.
What happens to my current deliveries?
If you've got deliveries in progress or scheduled before July 24, you can manage them as usual. Just remember that anything booked for on or after July 24 will be automatically cancelled.
I have a subscription. What happens now?
If you're on a recurring/auto-renewal subscription, we'll automatically process a refund. However, if you'd rather avoid the renewal charges, please log in and cancel your subscription as soon as possible.
Limited period access: July 24-August 15
Between July 14 and August 15, you'll have limited access to your account. During this time, you can:
- Download invoices for your records
- Review your delivery history
- Check payment information
However, you won't be able to:
- Create new orders, runs or Shifts
- Make changes to your account details
⚠️ Be sure to download your statements and payment records before August 15, as your account will no longer be accessible after that date.
