If you wish to request a refund for a delivery, you will need to contact us via email as soon as possible.
Please note that in the following uncontrollable circumstances, Sherpa will not be held liable for delays as stated in the Terms and Conditions. These conditions can include but are not limited to:
- Extreme Weather - Flash Flooding, 40+ degree temperature, gale force winds
- COVID19 lockdowns
- Force Majeure event
- Main Event Days and peak periods including but not limited to; Valentines Day, Mothers Day, ChristmasEve

Item Damages/Missing Item
If you are requesting a refund due to item damages or a missing item, please make sure your email includes the following information:
- Delivery ID
- Proof of Damages (Photo)
- Explanation of the situation
We will then investigate and should Sherpa be at fault, we will provide compensation for damages up to $300.
Any request for refund or reimbursement for damages, lost or stolen items will be applied in full as credit in your Sherpa account.
