What happens if my driver is required to wait at the pickup or delivery location?
If the driver has arrived at the pickup or delivery location and needs to wait, you will be charged wait time fees.
How are Wait Time Fees charged?
Wait Time Fees are charged in increments of 5-minute blocks after an initial grace period of 10 minutes.
