What are Sherpa's service area criteria?
Sherpa's guaranteed service area is determined by two main criteria: pick-up location and delivery location.
- Pick-Up Location: Must be within a 15km radius of the city CBD.
- Delivery Location: Must be within 50kms of the pick-up location.
What happens if my delivery is outside the service area?
If your delivery is outside our service area, we will leave the delivery open for 30 minutes.
- If a driver accepts the delivery: The driver will complete the delivery within the required timeframe from when it was accepted.
- If no driver accepts the delivery: Your delivery will be cancelled by our support team and you will be notified via email.
