How to Return or Redeliver Your Delivery with Sherpa

If your delivery needs to be returned or redelivered, here's how it works:

  1. Attempt to Contact the Recipient:

    • An attempt is made by the Sherpa driver to contact the recipient to check if they are available and not aware we are here for a delivery, or if they are close by.
  2. Booking a Return:

    • If the recipient does not answer, the driver will book a return through the app.
  3. Return to Pick-up Address:

    • The return will be delivered back to the pick-up address.
  4. Schedule a Redelivery:

    • Another booking will need to be made to redeliver the items.

Important Notes:

  • Please note, any failed deliveries are not refundable.
  • There is a charge associated with return deliveries.
