If your delivery needs to be returned or redelivered, here's how it works:

Attempt to Contact the Recipient:
- An attempt is made by the Sherpa driver to contact the recipient to check if they are available and not aware we are here for a delivery, or if they are close by.

Booking a Return:
- If the recipient does not answer, the driver will book a return through the app.

Return to Pick-up Address:
- The return will be delivered back to the pick-up address.

Schedule a Redelivery:
- Another booking will need to be made to redeliver the items.
Important Notes:
- Please note, any failed deliveries are not refundable.
- There is a charge associated with return deliveries.
