How do I cancel my delivery?
If you need to cancel a delivery with Sherpa, the process depends on the stage of the delivery:
Unassigned Delivery:
- Log in to the Sherpa Portal: Go to your account on the Sherpa website.
- Cancel the Delivery: Locate the unassigned delivery and cancel it. There will be no charge for canceling unassigned deliveries.
Assigned Delivery:
- Contact Sherpa Support: As soon as possible, reach out to Sherpa Support via Live Chat or phone.
- Request Cancellation: Our team will handle the cancellation for you. Note that there will be a charge for canceling deliveries that have already been assigned to a driver.
