How to Cancel a Delivery?
You can cancel your delivery directly from our web portal, but please note the following:
Before Pickup:
You can cancel your delivery yourself at any time before the driver has picked up the order.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your active deliveries (Current Deliveries view)
- Select the delivery you want to cancel.
- Click the cancel button and select the best matching reason for cancellation
After Pickup:
Once the driver has picked up the order, cancellation is no longer available through the portal. To cancel at this stage, please contact our support team for assistance.
Note that there will be a charge for canceling deliveries that have already been assigned to a driver.

You are accountable for managing and canceling your deliveries when they are no longer accessible or the pickup window has closed, as fees may apply.
