Editing the details of your Sherpa delivery is straightforward and can be done through both our website and app depending on the stage of your delivery process.

 

If Your Delivery Has Not Been Assigned to a Driver:

You have full flexibility to edit any details of your delivery.

 

If Your Delivery Has Been Assigned but Not Paid For:

You can update the following details:

  • Item description
  • Pickup details
  • Delivery details
  • Other instructions
  • Reference ID

 

If Your Delivery Has Been Assigned and Paid For, or Needs Major Updates:

Contact us immediately via chat or phone for assistance with updates such as:

  • Delivery date
  • Delivery time
  • Vehicle type
  • Pickup/delivery address

Please note that updates may affect the delivery timeline and cost adjustments may apply. If you choose to cancel the job, you can find more information on associated fees here.

 

Here's how to edit the details of your delivery on our website and app:

On the Website:

  1. Log in to your Sherpa account online.
  2. Click on 'Current Deliveries'.
  3. Select the delivery ID you wish to edit.
  4. Click 'Edit Delivery'.

On the Sherpa App:

  1. Open the Sherpa App.
  2. Navigate to 'Current'.
  3. Select the delivery you wish to edit.
  4. Tap the three dots (...) on the right side of the page.
  5. Click 'Edit Delivery'.
