Editing the details of your Sherpa delivery is easy! You can do it through both our website and app.
If your delivery has been placed but not assigned to a driver, you can edit any details you wish.
If your delivery has already been assigned but not yet paid for, you can only update:
- Item description
- Pickup details
- Delivery details
- Other Instructions
- Reference ID
If your delivery has been assigned and paid for, or you need to update any of the below details, you will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible via chat or phone so that we can update this right away.
- Delivery Date
- Delivery Time
- Vehicle Type
- Pickup/Delivery Address
Please note that your delivery may take longer than expected and the price will be adjusted accordingly. If you choose to cancel the job please find more information on the process and associated fees here.
Here's how you can edit the details of your delivery on our website and app:
Website
- Log in online
- Click 'Current Deliveries'
- Click on the delivery ID you wish to edit
- Click 'Edit Delivery'
App
- Click 'Current'
- Click on the delivery you wish to edit
- Click the 3 dots on the right side of the page
- Click 'Edit Delivery'
