We would love to hear your feedback! There are a few ways to provide feedback, depending on whether you booked the delivery or were the recipient.
For Recipients:
If you received a delivery from one of our drivers, rating your experience is easy! We would have sent you an SMS notifying you that your delivery has been made and asking for feedback. Simply click the link in the SMS and submit your feedback. We will ensure it gets back to the driver.
For Users Who Booked the Delivery:
You can rate the delivery experience on both the Web Portal and the Sherpa App. Here's how:
On the Website:
- Log into your Sherpa account.
- Select 'History' from the left-hand side panel.
- Choose the delivery you would like to rate.
- Click 'Rate Me' next to the driver profile.
On the Sherpa App:

- Select 'History'.
- Choose the delivery you would like to rate.
