How can I track an order I’ve placed?

Tracking your delivery is easy with Sherpa. Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to Your Sherpa Account

    • Use your credentials to access your Sherpa account.
  2. Submit a Delivery

    • Complete the delivery submission process if you haven't already.
  3. Go to Current Deliveries

    • Navigate to the 'Current Deliveries' section within your Dashboard.
  4. Select the Delivery ID

    • Choose the delivery ID you want to track from the list.
  5. View Delivery Details

    • You will see all the delivery details, including a live tracker showing the current location of the delivery.

Tracking After Pickup

  • Once a Sherpa driver picks up your order, you can start tracking their location en route to the delivery address.
  • Note: Sherpa drivers often have multiple deliveries and may not take the most direct route to your recipient.

SMS Tracking for Recipients

  • If you've set up SMS Tracking, recipients will receive an SMS once the driver is on the way to their location.
  • The SMS includes a tracking link for real-time updates.
