I need a label for my package, do you provide one?

Yes, we do provide shipping labels.

When you make an order on the Sherpa website or app, we will create you a label for your delivery. Some customers have their own internal shipping labels they prefer to use. 

If you don't have your own shipping label system, you can use the labels we provide at time of booking a job. Here's how to access the label from our website:


  1. Log in to your Sherpa account
  2. Select Current Deliveries
  3. Open the delivery you wish to view the label for
  4. Click the Label button on the right-hand side of the screen
  5. Select the size option you would like
  6. Download and save the label



The size of the label you select will determine the information included. The smaller labels note information critical for delivery, while the larger A4 labels include all information noted in the delivery details.
