Shopify - Enable and disable the app

When you install the Sherpa Delivery app into your Shopify store, it will be disabled by default.

If you haven't already, you need to ensure you have added carrier-calculated shipping service to your Shopify account before you enable the app for the first time.


To enable and disable the app:

  1. Navigate to Apps > Sherpa Delivery

  2. You can tell if the app is enabled as it will state it on the Settings overview screen

  3. Select 'Manage Settings'

  4. Scroll to Delivery Rates section and select 'Enable' (or Disable if you are switching it off)

  5. Select 'Save Settings' 

Once enabled, be sure to test it is working at checkout.

You will also need to add Sherpa shipping rates to your Shopify Shipping & Delivery options.

Note: If test store is selected, the Sherpa plugin will function as intended but no driver will be sent
