Occasionally, factors like location or time of day may cause delays in finding the right driver. To ensure a smooth experience, you can choose to either reschedule your delivery for a different time and day or offer a price increase to make the delivery more appealing to drivers.
How do I apply a fee increase?
- The option to apply a price increase on a delivery will show as soon as a delivery passes its ready-at time. This will be available in a yellow banner on your Sherpa delivery dashboard once login.
- Once you click, on "Increase price", a pop-up window will show.
- You can select the amount increments you wish to apply. Once selected click on the blue "Confirm Fee Increase" button.
- If successful, a temporary confirmation message will show in the bottom left of your screen, and the surcharge amount will be available in the price breakdown.
